Extremely disappointed with management at The Zephyr – Vancouver. Tonight, Saturday Aug 9, 2025 at 10:22 PM, a crew from MALHI Janitorial Services was pressure washing the Safeway loading bay next to the building. The noise was unbelievably loud and went on late at night, disturbing everyone’s sleep. Completely unacceptable for a residential area, and management seems to allow it. No respect for residents’ peace and quiet.
The worst quality building I’ve ever seen. It’s literally falling apart. Water pipes and elevators break often. Not worth the price.
