The apartments are clean and furnished with utensils as well as regular cleaning instruments. Aziz has been extremely helpful in organizing things that were missing in my suite upon arrival. I didn't have a complete kitchen (pots, pans, strainers, cutting boards, etc...) and I was also missing a study area, which was graciously accommodated. The 31st floor has a great lounge for events, gatherings, studying, city viewing, and more. Its been a good stay so far, but if you're tall like myself, these queen beds ar3 quite small compared to my queen and king at home. But it's not their fault I'm tall.
