Do not believe the positive reviews — they are absolutely misleading. My experience with Corporate Stays in Ottawa was one of the worst I’ve ever had. I booked with them upon returning to Canada, and from start to finish it was a complete nightmare. First, they charged me a $1000 “deposit”, which they claim is refundable after your stay. I have yet to receive a single cent back. Then, they added a “professional cleaning fee”, even though the apartment was anything but clean. Really appreciate his helpful attitude and quick action—it made a big difference, especially with the weather getting colder. Great service!
More than what I was expecting! The apartment is clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and the location is amazing. Everything feels premium. The check-in was fast absolutely uncomplicated, and I love, that the payment is split into multiple months. (So you credit card doesn't get charged with a big sum at once) The digital concierge team( Gem Mendones, Hassan and Grishma Doshi ) is fantastic, and responds to every issue you are having within a few hours, even on Sundays. El apartamento es igual a lo que nos muestran en las fotos. Es muy bonito, cómodo y limpio y cuenta con todos los servicios que ofrece en la pagina. La ubicación es genial, tenemos un supermercado justo al frente donde encuentras todo lo que necesitas. Cuando tuve dudas sobre como ingresar a la unidad Gem Mendones, quien fue la persona que me atendió telefónicamente, fue muy amable y comprensiva y nos ayudo a resolver nuestro inconveniente.
