Avoid this company at all costs. I am now certain the positive reviews are fake/paid for. We are currently staying in one of their apartments and it has been a horrendous experience. It should have been a red flag to me that they required 100% payment upfront. Communication was poor during the booking process but the real nightmare started when we arrived. The apartment was not what was advertised. We booked a 2 bedroom and instead received a 1-bedroom plus den with no kitchen table and a tiny windowless second bedroom. Wors... read more
Had a great experience at The Slater with Corporate Stays. Regine and Grishma were particularly attentive and promptly addressed any concerns and queries.
I stayed with corporate twice, in Montreal and Toronto. Both places were an incredible experience. The clearness and the service is the best. I left a cosmetic bag in the Toronto Apartment and the whole team got it back to me! Gem and Ghrisma were incredible communicating back and forth with me via E-mail and arranging the pickup with the cleaning team when they found it! A brilliant stay and experience, if you ever stay in Ottawa I recommend The Slater and Corporate stays. I had a brilliant experience from start to finish and the communication was great. The concierge team (Maria, Gem and Grishma) provided great communication and replied very quickly to all of my queries and requests. Nothing appeared to be any trouble for the team and they made my stay very welcoming. I’d highly recommend the apartment as a place to stay. Thank you so much.
