Hassan, Gem & Samer provided quick & timely responses & updates to resolve our maintenance request to check potential window leaks in our apartment at the Lennox. Their professionalism was excellent with response time and keeping us updated with maintenance visits. Everything was resolved the day after I submitted my request.
