I was there last month for 35 days on Rishard Street in downtown Vancouver. I stayed with my family for 1 month. The concierge was very helpful and cooperative. I faced issues with the central heating multiple times. It didn’t work well. He sent someone to check, but it happened again. The major complaint is regarding the insurance. I'm from Venice. Italy. I was in Vancouver in december/january, Capitol Residence is a perfect solution if you want to stay in Vancouver, in the city center, for a longer stay. The apartment at Capitol Residences is perfect as described, with everything you need, right in the center, and everything is convenient. My Corporate stay at the Wedge property in Victoria was like a home away from home. Very nice condo, had all the amenities needed for my stay. Hussein was great to deal with on my reservation & was quick to answer any questions. I will definitely be staying there again.
