He is very helpful and responsive, and helped me to work through a slightly complicated situation and help me secure a great place to live while I am working and looking for permanent housing. I come to Vancouver annually for the last 15 years and have stayed in many different properties.I really wanted to find somewhere I could book every year and I found it. My stay was a little bumpy in the beginning,, but the 5 star rating is because how it was corrected. Gem Mendones, Salee, Manuel and Blessie were quick to correct the situation. Their communication was clear and transparent. They were great. The unit was comfortable and the view was amazing. I look forward to booking again in 2025.
