I rented an apartment in Rice Village for a month. Sally at Corporate Retreats was extremely responsive for a couple of minor issues after I moved in. The apartment was as advertised and well furnished to include plenty of towels, linens and a well equipped kitchen. If you are looking for a corporate apartment I would highly recommend =

Unfortunately I just had the most unpleasant encounter with Michelle at the Houston office. She was so rude, unprofessional, and extremely prejudice. My bf and I had a credit card issue and not only did she cancel our reservation the day before she had the audacity to ask me why I would waste her time by giving her a credit card that didn't work.i can't even begin to describe how those hateful words have made me feel and to add insult to injury she canceled our reservation because of it. This.place is not equipped to handle anything at a corporate level. Stay away from this place at all.costs. this.company left my husband and I in a terrible situation while he is working out of town.
