Unfortunately I just had the most unpleasant encounter with Michelle at the Houston office. She was so rude, unprofessional, and extremely prejudice. My bf and I had a credit card issue and not only did she cancel our reservation the day before she had the audacity to ask me why I would waste her time by giving her a credit card that didn't work.i can't even begin to describe how those hateful words have made me feel and to add insult to injury she canceled our reservation because of it. This.place is not equipped to handle anything at a corporate level. Stay away from this place at all.costs. this.company left my husband and I in a terrible situation while he is working out of town. Stayed there because of location to MD Anderson, like most I am sure. Stayed from 1/29/26-3/23/26 at Latitude apartments. Had to move twice due to their housekeeping stinking up the apartment so bad no one could’ve stayed there. Cleaned apartment ourselves after that. All elevators never worked. Usually 2 of 4. Many days only one worked. Many times I had to wait 20+ minutes for one. One elderly lady-resident walked down 30+ flights after waiting over 30 minutes. If you are a patient looking for temp lodging, stay away from this agency and the Amalfi in particular. The Amalfi staff will refer your questions/issues to Corp Retreats, and corp retreats will not always answer. You WILL NOT RECEIVE about 40% of your packages - which is an Amalfi & corp retreats' issue. Maybe it's okay for a traveling nurse. Patients STAY AWAY.
My wife and I had limited time to find an extended-stay, furnished, 2 BR, dog friendly apartment for an upcoming visit to MDA, so THANK GOODNESS for Sally F. at Corporate Retreats International.
