Poor customer service as well, good luck getting a response back from these worthless excuses for health care providers!
Worst telemedicine service ever! This is NOT a doctor on call; rather a useless practitioner who doesn’t have the same authority to treat patients. In my case, the practitioner merely reviewed my medical history—she did not help by treating me. Instead, she said her doctor doesn’t allow her to treat me with my medical history over the phone, and that I needed to go into the office to be seen in person the next day. I went to the Fastmed on market st. I have Covid w a wretched headache. Charged me $75 upfront. Got back there told me they can’t treat a headache, gave me 2 tiny zofran to take. There’s nothing they can do they don’t treat Covid? Zofran is known to cause headaches. As the so-called DR leaving the room states, “it sucks getting older’ How is that appropriate, I have Covid? Twice I have scheduled appointments. The first time I was notified the morning of the appointment that the location would be closed and I need to reschedule at a different location. The second time I was not notified at all. I drove to the office and it was closed. A sign said they would be open that day. Doors were locked.
Terrible! Waited forever out front for a drug screen. The called no one back for over an hour I was here.
