Why would you be closed early on black Friday. And most of your equipment is falling apart and dangerous. Nothing is bolted down. Wild. Great place if you want to watch teenagers play videos games on there phones, while the sit on the equipment. Not inspiring. Usually, I leave this gym irritated and in disbelief.
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! First off… you have to cancel your membership in person or by certified mail. I had moved and my only option was certified mail. It took so much back and forth for them to refund my membership $$ that never should have been charged in the first place and then they only refunded the membership and not the additional charges for add on services. The customer service is terrible. As a test, just go to the "Contact Us" form and request a call. You won't get one. That's all you need to know.
I was a member for 2 months .. walked into the gym 3 times and cancelled at membership desk .. multiple texts , calls and 2 years later I have an attorney now harassing me for fees … it’s disgusting how they treat people who have made Tom Hatton wealthy ..absolutely disgusting
I used to bring my child to Mountainside’s KidZone while I worked out, but after multiple incidents, I no longer feel safe leaving them there. The workers are often distracted—on their phones, chatting with each other, and not actively supervising the kids. One time, my child was kicked in the head and hurt badly.
