I placed an order approximately 2 months ago, and still have not received any information about my order. I decided to pay over time and they have recieved 2 payments but cannot be bothered to return emails I have sent 3 at this point, or phone calls. And now, conveniently their phone system is “down”. I’m beginning to wonder if this is a scam.
Jennifer has been the best to work with. She answered every question I had and even helped me to track down my package. She stayed in contact until I found my package. She is a gem, not may around like her any more.
Omg I don't know where to begin but Jennifer she is top tier of customer service. She was very informative about the order. I asked her can the ring be delivered before September 30th because I had a special event for my proposal to my soon to be wife, and it came sooner than I expected. Omg Jennifer and this company is the best the ring is beautiful I can't wait to pull it out. Please give Jennifer and the team their flowers because she went above and beyond.
