I can't express enough the professionalism and care taken by Brynn. Brynn has gone above and beyond and has been very understanding through out the process. These days and times it is hard to find great customer service as I have experienced with Brynn. Polite Courteous , and well Maynard. Thank you Brynn for a great experience this far.
I placed an order approximately 2 months ago, and still have not received any information about my order. I decided to pay over time and they have recieved 2 payments but cannot be bothered to return emails I have sent 3 at this point, or phone calls. And now, conveniently their phone system is “down”. I’m beginning to wonder if this is a scam.
Jennifer has been the best to work with. She answered every question I had and even helped me to track down my package. She stayed in contact until I found my package. She is a gem, not may around like her any more.
