I ran across Smokin O's yesterday in Fairbault right at the end of their day. They had been setup outside in the heat all day and unlike showing us at a restaurant last minute where you can tell nobody is happy to see you they were so nice and pleasant, we had great conversation and the food was amazing. Otis and Deb clearly love what they do and love the people they do it for and it showed in the entire experience.
