Good morning, I'm writing in regards to an event you were hired for on September 19th, 2015. My wife and I chose your company to prepare food and host a bar at our wedding. Not So Great... I have used CC in the past and something has changed. For this most recent experience, the service was lovely. However for the price, the food awful! The ‘Assorted meat & cheese’ Hors d oeuvres, was simply thinly sliced deli meat (turkey & ham) and some plain cheese triangles. No fancy cheese or meat choices to it. I could have picked that crap up at Dillons and would have cost an 1/8 of what I’d paid. Here's a tip...When your staff realizes your cook forgot to make a side dish that your customer paid EXTRA for, your cook should prepare it. This is called CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR ELEVEN OVENS OR WHERE YOU GET YOUR MESQUITE WOOD FROM WHEN YOUR STAFF CAN"T PREPARE THE CUSTOMER'S MENU!! YOUR COOK KNEW THE DISH WAS NOT PREPARED AND SIMPLY CHOSE NOT TO DO IT! A PROPER CATERER WOULD HAVE PREPARED THE DISH AND THE COOK WOULD HAVE DELIVERED IT PERSONALLY TO THE CUSTOMER!!! Corporate Caterers – I have had two negative experiences with this company, met with them to get information on booking a wedding reception, Denise was rude and acted like she was doing us a favor. We met at the banquet facility which used to be the Olive Tree building. Decor was dirty and dated. While the website says that they can customize their menu, in reality this was not true. Don't use Corporate Cater- They have worst service!! – I honestly can say that they have a worst wedding service ever! The person who will speak with you named Ben that guy sounds very nice; however, their staffs and servers including service, price, and food are extremely disappointed. Service: I will give 0.5 instead of 1 if possible. We have a wedding on June, 2010. They charged us extra plus 19% gratuity fee for all the services and then add tax later.
