I called carpet country flooring in to do an estimate on the floor to my house, they came in promptly, took the dimensions and details, did not hear from them again. I called them back to see where we were with the estimate and further work to be done and they say, ohh we are sorry we got a big project and we wont be doing your work, so shouldn't they be calling us and letting us know that.
