I'm told there is 2 people ahead of me, 4 get called back before me.. A lady comes out and says "we're running about 30 minutes behind" so I question "30 more minutes?" As my appointment was already 35 minutes ago....1.5 hours later I'm waiting on a doctor just for getting a flu shot... Fail.
