Great facility and team at CBV! Love training here and have learnt so much. The gym is super welcoming and has a great community!
Highly recommend for anyone who wants to learn boxing, mma, Muay Thai, BJJ. Great vibe and very supportive team environment. Everyone is here to help each other grow. Incredible gym. Owners and Coaches are wonderful, attentive, and I’ve never once felt silly for asking what are almost certainly silly questions. Perfect for beginners to pros. I wouldn’t train anywhere else when in Brisbane.
Two years ago I was a 158kg, inactive, unmotivated and felt that nothing I would do could change my physical health. Later I was introduced to Corporate Box Valley and the team, admittedly the first few weeks were brutal. With that being said the team works with you, encourages you and pushes you to be the best version of yourself. I'm now on the path to start having competitive boxing fights and feel like a new man.
