I can’t say enough about how helpful they were for my husband and I. The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished, had everything we needed — it was perfect. This company is absolutely amazing. The communication is seamless, the property is absolutely perfect, and the overall experience has been so easy. We are four girls working on Capitol Hill and we were in need of a four person furnished apartment for the summer. They met all of our needs and exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend! We needed a furnished 3 bedroom apartment on short notice, and they were able to find a great place for our family. We have dealt with many members of the team and all have been extremely fast, professional, kind and competent. They are so organized and even checked in multiple times. We had an issue with our fridge early on, and their customer service team coordinated with the apartment building, and ultimately got the whole fridge replaced in one day.
