We got a beautiful apartment. No complaints for the location or cleanliness. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency with one of our kids and they were completely unwilling to help or work with us at all. No sympathy even with how they handled the conversations. We will never use them again based on how they handled an already difficult situation.
