I specifically told the barber I have a skin condition on the back of my neck and asked him to carefully trim the area. He didn’t follow my instructions, and I wasn’t happy with the result. When I brought it up, I felt like my concerns were dismissed instead of being listened to. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
