Tried to make an appointment, but the receptionist wanted my credit card on file even though I pay cash. I asked for owner or manager to find out what anti hacking services they use. I never even received the courtesy of a call back. They obviously don’t want my business.
Salon was nice and employees were great. But I will not be going back for the fact of pricing being very inaccurate. I shouldn’t go into a salon being blind sided by additional cost. My estimated cost from booking went from $149 to $257 when I didn’t add anything to my service and I wasn’t told about price increase but was told when checking out.
