Gestion déficiente, logements lourdement défectueux. Lorsque vous logez un appel de service cela peux prendre près d'un an avant de finalement voir quelqu'un venir effectuer des réparations. Tout est vieux et désuet. Par contre pour collecter le loyer ils sont assidu, réglé tel une horloge suisse. Dédale administratif sans fin
