I had the best experience at a Dentist today that I’ve ever had. Lorena explained everything she was about to do and was gentle and empathetic. She talked me through the results of my X-rays, discussing the best strategies to keep my teeth strong for the future. There was no “up-sell” of expensive products and procedures. Just great advice. I would like to give a big shout out to DR LORENA DIAZ and KATEY. I brought my mother-in-law, Kathleen, in for an extraction of a rotting tooth. Due to her severe Alzheimer's Kathleen was quite heavily sedated to prevent an escalation of her anxiety. Lorena and Katey were so understanding, patient and kind with Kathleen.
