Very competent dentists, can't say the same of the secretary. She called me that same morning to move an appointment from 10:30 to 10:00. I changed some commitments and said yes to collaborate. I arrived at 9:50 and I had to wait until 10:30 like my time was worth noting. At the end of the visit the receptionist was too busy on a private call to charge me.
