Always made welcome the staff so friendly and not scared of a dentist any more and WOW the place looks amazing
Excellent experience. Dr Lorena Diaz was very professional. She explained everything well, checked with me throughout the procedure and was very gentle. I felt in good hands and would highly recommend this practice.
I was super nervous about going to the dentist after probably a way too long of a hiatus. The reception staff, mostly dealt with Marinda, was super helpful and understanding from the very first moment. Dr Francois McDonald and Morgan who did the procedures, were very gentle and compassionate right through. I could not be happier and more relieved with all the great quality work. Very grateful for all the staff's kindness and caring ways.
Who is a fan of going to see the dentist? Not me. But all the staff from reception to the Dentist herself were brilliant. All processes were related to me clearly and concisely and I was always given control of each and every step during my appointment. So I am not a fan of seeing a dentist but I will be back in the future for more procedures.
So looked after today by the team at Coronation House Dental Nambour. I am more than grateful to reception for opening an appointment at short notice and Dr Lorena Diaz's expertise.
