Very kind and explained everything out so our Autistic child could understand what was going to happen during the procedure.
Would give less if could. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm but they are never open so you can go in and pay a bill time of day doesn't matter. Show up at 8 am and no one is here and the doors are locked come at 11, 2 3:40 same thing but they have zero issues calling about scheduling more appointments or asking when your bill will be paid and adding interest. False advertising on the office hours and very rude to deal with. Definitely won't be scheduling my appointment nor will my family member be back.
