I’ve had great experiences here in the past, but unfortunately, our most recent visit didn’t meet the same standard. One of the front desk staff was quite unpleasant, with me and also others. The nurse assigned was also not friendly. On a positive note, the doctor and the anesthesiologist were both great! I will be asking our family to be referred to another facility in the future.
Receptionists at the Cambridge office are not pleasant and are unwelcoming. They treat you very poorly. I was happy with Dr Sara, but because of the customer service, I will not come back here again. I hope management takes care of this issue

I recently visited Dr. Sheikh for my wisdom teeth removal, and I can’t recommend him enough. From the moment I walked in, the office felt warm and welcoming, which really helped me relax. The staff, including the nurses, were friendly and made sure I was comfortable during my visit. Dr. Sheikh is truly wonderful. He has a way of making every appointment feel personal, and he is very kind. I had a wisdom tooth surgically removed. I was very nervous. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and friendly receptionist. I was introduced to the team, who explained every thing about my procedure and asked if I had any questions. The procedure went well and I was awake and ready to go home. I was given verbal and written after care instructions. I had a very good experience. I would definitely go there again if needed. Thanks to the team for making my experience a good one.
