Never EvER move here!! This place is horrible. Management is mind blowing on how much they lie and the horrible treatment you get after you sign your paperwork. Dawn and the assistant manager have bad attitudes and have residents in the complex who call in to tell them everything. I've had a problem with one neighbor since I've moved in and have found out multiple people have moved out because of this lady. I hate living here everyday! I am harassed and singled out. I'm seriously thinking about taking legal action. I get thr... read more
Great location, great floor plans, but beware if you have pets I wanted to live in these apartments but they were going to charge me a $400 nonrefundable deposit for my cats + a monthly fee. They said that it costs this much to clean the carpets in a 1 bedroom apartment---yeah right!!! How much mess can a cat make? I loved the floorplans, and they were offering a good introductory rent price, but I just couldn't pay that much for my cats. One of my friends lived here and was happy, but she didn't have any pets.
Nice place, people - maintenence so-so Been living here with a friend for several months. The location is nice and grounds really attractive. Apartments have good floor plan, except not enough storage in kitchen.Mostly quiet, but it depends on what neighbors you have. Great place for walks or exercise, using the pools or spa.
