I’ve lived in these apartments for over 2 1/2 years and had no problem with them until we got new management that is still currently active at this time. Let’s start with the obvious red flag. There’s absolutely no communication with the office management. They’ve taken down the phone number to the office around the apartment every time you do try to call the phone in the office. The communication between the leasing office is not acceptable. I have been messaging them a week straight for a mailbox key that I was not giving when I first moved in. When you call the office no one seems to answer as well. I have put in two orders for a new key and still have not received one. I have important documents that I need out of my mailbox. Will not be signing a lease here again.

Lets just start with my apartment was infested with fleas when I moved in. Management did noting. I wrote a list of things that needed to be fixed management did nothing. Most recently my vehicle was towed because I put TBD and was not provided a warning of 10 like our rental contract states. I'll be suing for the loss of money for no warning. UPDATE: it’s been a month since the review was posted and things have yet to be fixed. the AC unit in the laundry facility is completely broken, and only one washer works. others are filled with cobwebs and stagnant water. dryers work half the time as well. so disappointing i’ve lived here for 6 months now and have renewed my lease. the community is great — lots of families and overall pretty quiet. the biggest disappointment is the laundry facility. since the beginning, it has been a disaster. i have reached out to manageme... read more

Ms Nubia and her staff are the absolute best. A very professional and communicative front office. They have given me nothing but the best experience since i moved in. I highly recommend Coronado Villas if you're looking for a great place in the Denton area.
