I just recently leased here. The apt. is super nice and neighbors are friendly , but it is not a kid friendly place I got called cause my kid was being loud, and because they were playing outside. It seems like they are just to older people only and not kids. However, pets are welcome to do their needs all over and kids are not able to be outside. I've also found dead birds on the pool and around the apartment complex. So if you have kids this is not the place to rent.
