Maintenance clean up after himself
Working with Bri was a great experience from start to finish. She was extremely responsive, answered all my questions clearly, and made the leasing process feel smooth and straightforward. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I truly appreciate her professionalism and positive attitude!
Called in a maintenance request Friday night came home and my house was 88°. The thermostat was not working and neither was the AC. I called in an urgent maintenance request actually did it twice and by Sunday night we were on the brink of having to get a hotel because it was so hot in my house it was almost 96° with the windows open. We had to call on our own to get someone to come clean out the pipes of the AC and also buy a new thermostat that we had to install ourselves.
