This heritage structure, established in 1927, is a much-sought after venue for music. The ornate concert hall designed with an abundance of red, has an old world charm about it. Moreover, it is equipped with the latest amenities and sound system. Various touring troupes, broadways shows and orchestras have halted at this theater to perform. Past performers include the Rockford Symphony Orchestra, the Marx Brothers, Frank Sinatra and Bob Dylan. Private parties and banquets can also be held here.

It was absolutely gorgeous inside there. The seats were roomy and comfortable. Plenty of bathroom space. Easy access to the bar. I had a nice glass of merlot while I watched Celtic women. She was singing Ave Maria I thought I was in heaven. Beautiful place.
Fantastic place that transported my wife an I back in time to have a wonderful honeymoon night out at the theater 🎭
Beautifully restored! Celtic Woman was an amazing show and traffic was well directed afterwards
My wife and I went to the Celtic Woman show at the Coronado this past Friday night. It's the first time we'd ever been to this gorgeous theater. It's stunning. I plan to keep abreast of all events there in the future. It's worth the two-hour drive from our home just north of Chicago.
after having a terrible time finding parking because of so much construction with lack of signage and lack of direction of any kind - we found our wonderful balcony seats. The concert itself was absolutely a delight - but it Rockford needs to be more event friendly for those trying to find good parking. We recently went to an Ice Hogs game and had the same difficulty parking - why anyone continually fights that to attend events is beyond me. But we thoroughly enjoyed the concert.
Absolutely beautiful venue, and always has been! I look forward to many future events there!
