Beware! Predatory complex. Screw tenants out every penny they can squeeze out of you. $350 tow fee for visitors. Parking lot barely 10% full but they get kickback to tow you.BEWARE Bad complex
Predatory towing scam- DO NOT RENT here. Denton has a rampant issue with predatory towing despite empty parking lots. They will tow your car five minutes after you park.
