Used to quite like it; mostly because they left well enough alone and did the minimum expected. They have slowly become more frustrating as small increases in charges or threats to charge everyone if certain individuals didn't follow certain guidelines slowly appeared. This, in addition to multiple issues involving mold and leaks in the bathroom, somewhat soured my initial positive feeling toward the complex; but it's an old building so I can understand to a degree. bs apt complex took over a month to fix my ac in the middle of summer and then when they did it created a unbearable screech noise then they forgot to install the the air handler door after telling me theyll install it just gotta wait for it to come in after a month of installing a new unit

I was initially excited to tour with these people until I received an obviously ai generated followup email from them which they apparently did to “save time.” That came across as extremely lazy to me. Definitely looking somewhere else now.

I have lived at Coronado North Apartments for 5 years and have plans to live here as long as possible. The office staff have always been helpful and pleasant, and have never made me feel like I am just another tenant in the complex. They take the time to create an atmosphere of feeling like you are home, even though you are just renting an apartment. Also, whenever there is a maintenance issue they get the situation resolved quickly and with a smile. The grounds are beautiful, especially in the courtyard.
