Have loved this food for over 50 years!! If you want the authentic Mexican food of SE Kansas this is the only place left! Can you get it in Chanute - NO, can you get it in Humboldt - NO!! Call ahead to make sure they are open. You will not be disappointed!!! Beef enchiladas, bean burrito, tostadas served on a hot plate. Topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese, pour on the sauce and hear it sizzle!!! It has the best mexican food in the country. I grew up with the Coronado brothers and always enjoyed go to the restraunt to eat. I measure all mexican food restraunts again the Coronado restraunt.
