Because it's fun and there's lots of places and its nearby stores
Well maintained in side n out. Very reasonable rent rates. Been here for six years. Quiet but at times can get noisy with kids playing outside. No play areas but the pool during the summer .can be noisy . Do not live in front of pool unless you can deal with the noise or are a day sleeper. Lived in front of pool for 6 years. Just transfered to an up grated one on main street. New landscaping is in the works. Laundry room is kept very clean. I have enjoyed my living here
Quiet, friendly and extremely economical on the rental dollar. Furthermore, if any maintenance need arises ie plumbing etc...the job is given top priority by the Manager and completed rapidly.
