Did this veterinarian and their staff educate you on what you could do better to help keep your pets healthy and happy? Yes, they are very knowledgable and gave me great advice Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this animal hospital? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times? Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Was your pet well taken care while being boarded here? Yes, my pet always seems well taken care of when boarded here Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was this veterinarian friendly? Extremely Friendly Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so
