Ordered boots size 10ee, received size 10.5ee, advised customer service, was told to send them back and the correct size would be sent to me. Not only did they never send them, I was charged a restocking fee for their mistake. Appalling and shameful behavior, BUYER BEWARE!

Not only did they never send the original boots they charged me for a restocking fee for their mistake then ghosted my emails and vm. Appalling behavior.
Sadly here to echo other reviews and try to warn people. I bought an item for $185 (!!) from their website. A week later, USPS has still not received the item for shipment. I call -- goes straight to voicemail and no one answers. I email, likewise no response. It is now 9 days later with no word from them and no movement in terms of shipment so I am disputing my order.
I had a very poor experience dealing with Coronado Leather Company. The product received was not as described and the customer service is non-existent. I would highly recommend doing your due diligence before doing business with them.
Very disappointed with my experience with Coronado Leather. I ordered a leather belt and received one that was clearly used, with visible buckle wear marks on two different sizing holes. I contacted the company immediately and had to wait an unusually long time for responses. At first, they resisted accepting the return, even after I provided photos showing the wear.
