I don't normally write bad reviews, but since their customer service is lacking, I'll write. In late October I went into the actual business in Barrio Logan to see their belt selection. They were pleasant, showed me their selection, but they did not have the belt I wanted. I was told they would put in an order to have the belt made and would contact me in two to three weeks.
