This company is awful when it comes to customer service. We purchased an item that was over $1000. It did not fit so we returned it. They acknowledged the return and we asked for a refund. Suddenly they stop communicating. Dont answer the phones or return emails. Absolutely appalling. Wish we had read the reviews before purchasing. DO NOT BUY!!!!! Even though they offer a forever warranty it won't matter because noone answers the phone or emails. Honestly. Do not recommend to an enemy

Man, I don't care what kind of quality it is, charging as much for regular leather as established luxury brands charge for exotic is retarded. Keeping my business in texas.

Customer service does not exist. I purchased two products at over $1200.00. I need to return or exchange the products. Happy to have a store credit or anything. I have spent the last three weeks calling and emailing the company and there has been no response. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Do not trust this company!

This place sucks. They have huge egos. They think they are some luxury retail brand. They have HORRENDOUS customer service. I would recommend going to the Leather Depot in National City.
