I had the worst experience with Coronado Jewelers. I took in 2 identical watches. Both needed battery replacements. These were watches I received from IBM for exceptional performance. 'IBM' was engraved on the back. Special. When I went to pick up the watches, they had only one watch. To make matters worse, the lady behind the counter was far more concerned about being right, then about my missing watch. She said 3 or 4 times that she wasn't there when I dropped off the watches. nice store. however the lady who works there is rude!!! She is lazy and is not a good sales person but the store has nice classy rings.
