The apartments themselves are wonderful except noise travels easily, maybe even amplify the noises. The neighbors seems nice, but often times they yell and complain over small details. Management often ignores the issues due to lack of resources. Beautiful and cozy, but don’t expect privacy or respect from your neighbors, especially if you’re not someone who sits in silence or staying up, harassment and stalking from neighbors is the worst thing here.
Disrespectful, condescending, unprofessional and unorganized. Started the process but luckily avoided that stupidity. Rent a house in the area for the same price and save yourself the hassle.
I love my apartment here. Rent is affordable. Easy access to highway, Walmart, gas station. However, I feel like management doesn’t truly care about the situations going on with the tenants. I’ve notified them multiple times of neighbors blasting music at 6am or having yelling fits at 1am at night. They say via email they’re gonna take care of it, but based on the reoccurring problems nothing is truly being resolved.
