Me and my grandmother tried to apply for this place and unfortunately did not get accepted due to some paperwork errors on our part. I made the decision to leave a voicemail because i had some questions about the requirements and never got a message back. Turns out the owner felt “disrespected” by my voicemail. Owner is uptight and has a high ego. Do not recommend this place at all.
I like living in Coronado Gardens.
They keep updating the units every year
Coronado garden is an absolutely wonderful place to live , I lived here for 20 year (since I was a baby) no problem or complaints . Beautiful area , quiet , friendly neighborhood, Very diverse and lots of places within walking distance. The only thing is the neighborhood across can be a bit rowdy and we share a park within that area that can be a bit messy , that the city need to pay attention to.
