Management could always choose to build up or completely tear down a place. Would not recommend as a long term place of residency.
Me and my grandmother tried to apply for this place and unfortunately did not get accepted due to some paperwork errors on our part. I made the decision to leave a voicemail because i had some questions about the requirements and never got a message back. Turns out the owner felt “disrespected” by my voicemail. Owner is uptight and has a high ego. Do not recommend this place at all.
I like living in Coronado Gardens.
