The team at CFC is top-notch! Christopher Foote is an inspirational leader and his team has passion and drive! I loved the classes I took there, Cycle, Bootcamp and Yoga, and in such a great space with very cool people in class who were very willing to help me out!!!
Excellent gym. Had everything I needed to get in asokid workout. Christopher and his staff were super friendly. The energy and vibe was amazing to keep my workouts moving at a great tempo and intensity.
