Emergency! I broke my canine capped tooth on Wednesday night at dinner. I called their office first thing Thursday morning, they had me in by 9:15 am. The office is awesome! I didn't have to fly home to my dentist in AZ with my tooth in my purse.
I saw Dr Quan recently and she was great! Really engaging and walked through everything with me for my teeth. She’s so friendly and makes you feel so welcomed. The staff at the office was amazing as well! Overall great office and would recommend to anyone
I needed a root canal done for a tooth that had severe bone resorption and was in need of treatment. Before the procedure, Dr. Faghih reviewed my imaging and explained what was wrong and what he would do to fix it in an easy to understand fashion. The day of the procedure he was on time and very confident. The experience was overall very comfortable and it was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing by how precise his movements were. Jason came into my place of business several times over the course of several weeks and each time he visited he was treated like royalty. Each time he visited however he insulted my colleagues and I. When confronted about his insulting behavior he got angry and then proceeded to leave dishonest and defamatory reviews of our business online.
Ended up having to pay everything out of pocket. When they tell you your insurance will reimburse you, they are making an assumption. Check with your insurance first because they will not check. Normally the dentist does this for you before performing the service/surgery, but instead the opposite happened here where they called me after my appointment and told me a bunch of stuff they assumed was covered in the treatment plan actually wasn’t, so I owed them more money ($1500 overall).
