I requested an email and have not received it yet. I been calling to get the info but they do not answer the phone but they sure do have my card info to charge me. Haven't been here yet and I'm already not liking the service for the simple fact they couldn't even send me an email.
After the first and only visit the office constantly kept bothering me because there was an issue with insurance payment. I did my best to clear up the mistake for them. They were nice up to the point when I was able to clear up the insurance payment issue. After that they wouldn't return my calls for the following appointment schedules and ignored any messages I left for a call back on future appointments. They got their money and didn't care about anything else.
