Dr. Shafer made me feel so special when he told me I didn't need to have anything else done. That to me, showed class! You showed me your office isn't willying to take every penny from people with a little surgery here and a little surgery there. I'm sure you deal with a lot of stress and problems with your profession, but you never let it show.
I'm so thankful for how fabulous this team was. I am still absolutely delighted with the results, and even now, experience many 'pinch me' moments. I really can't comprehend just how lucky and privileged I have been. Dr. Shafer you truly are the best, thank you for your time, consideration and genius.
