I went to look at buying a unit here. I was terrified just to get in the elevator. A note on the front door said "Stop stealing packages". Watched a guy who looked like a zombie, pull out a ring full of keys and walk in this building. The air conditioner in unit itself looked like a rusty antique. The hallway was filled with stained carpets. The place smelled like a million different cookings and you could hear thru the walls. Too bad, as the unit was really nice... But the building is terrible.
