Termites and cockroaches. Moved into the first unit I rented here and it was already infested with cockroaches. Moved into a 2 bedroom and there are termite tubes hanging from the ceiling in both bedrooms and the bathroom. Property management knew about the termites and did not notify us before we moved in, and after 2 months still have not taken any action for them.
Havnt had any problems. Any time need something done they get it done right away.
My family and I have lived here since 2017, and counting. The new staff and owner are great. Joe, the maintenance lead is great and he’s been working here for some years now. He will listen to any concerns and takes his time to talk to you and address them in a timely manner. This team of staff we now have on property, as well as the owner are the best experience I’ve had since living on this property.
