We enjoy the friendliness of the staff and maintenance people, and the prompt response to maintenance issues.
Got a new manager and he told me I have to get rid of my bbq grill because we can only have electric ones but when I asked my cousin that lives across the way same manager same exact apartments he didnt even look at her patio and the air bnb above me has the same grill I had just mini so ???

Leasing manager is very rude and hostile. Jim is very unprofessional and constantly putting residents down and threatening to fine and evict over everything he seems like he just qwants your money then kick you out to find new victims
