I've lived here going on 6 years with my 2 sons and I can't say enough positive things about this complex and the people who work here. From day 1 I have dealt with Mrs Tina and she has always been amazing to us. Ernesto and Robert are the best maintenance men you will find. Once a work order is put in they are on it. The grounds are always kept up. Townhomes are spacious and love having a garage. Being a single mom I have always felt safe in the complex. The playground is cute for littles. Just want to give a big shout out to the management at the Coronado office… Wanted to personally thank Tina for making my stay in the complex 8+ years enjoyable and always a pleasant experience… All my encounters with Tina have always been pleasant and professional. Furthermore, I would also like to thank the maintenance guys Ernesto and Robert for always handling my apartments needs/repairs in a timely and professional manner as well.
They was good until Ms Sevier left because Tina is nothing like Ms Sevier … people moving out by the dozen.. how I be seeing U-hauls around here.. I mean the office is more close than open .. disrespectful..They painting the apt that share the same roof as me for two days now didn’t let me know to get a room or offer to pay for a room for me n my disabled kids , and they paint from morning to night n they there today at 6:46 me n my kids got stand outside open windows be uncomfortable until they get done painting and paint d... read more

Love living here! It’s so quiet and peaceful. Never had a problem with maintenance or the front office. They always offer fun activities for the kids at no cost. I see why it’s always a waiting list because who would want to move from here lol. Great place to live and raise your children!!
