The community manager, Tina, is awesome! We love our new townhouse! This community is very well kept, maintenance is on point, there is a community center with monthly planned activities/socials. Great place to call home!

I've lived here going on 6 years with my 2 sons and I can't say enough positive things about this complex and the people who work here. From day 1 I have dealt with Mrs Tina and she has always been amazing to us. Ernesto and Robert are the best maintenance men you will find. Once a work order is put in they are on it. Just want to give a big shout out to the management at the Coronado office… Wanted to personally thank Tina for making my stay in the complex 8+ years enjoyable and always a pleasant experience… All my encounters with Tina have always been pleasant and professional. Furthermore, I would also like to thank the maintenance guys Ernesto and Robert for always handling my apartments needs/repairs in a timely and professional manner as well.
