Where do I even start? Horrible customer service. I had to fill out an application approximately 3 times. The waiting list application said that the application fee was $25, when I went to “officially” apply, the application suddenly increased to $50. At the first visit, even after making this appointment with Tina to complete the forms, Tina was conveniently not in office. I was met with someone else. Though this lady was friendly, she was not the most helpful when it came to completing the forms and answering my questions.... read more
This is a tax credit property. The office management lies to the tenets who are subject to HUD housing telling them that constitutional law regarding housing does not apply to them. I pity those who fall into the deception of those operating out of this property.
