They let their tenants do anything. There should be no reason that I live in apartment complex over and they have tenants who are blasting music at 7 AM in the morning all the way up until 10 AM. The lack of consideration for me I work nights, so I expect to be able to go to bed when I get home from work, but instead people are blasting music and having karaoke sessions at 7 AM.
