Very friendly people and they care about their residents. Apartments are very comfortable and ho.ly
Apartments are nothing like what is advertised. Leaking air conditioners, mold, and mildew run rampant. Was a hired contractor for one day and ended up sick as hell from the amount of mold and mildew in the place. Sheet rock in the apartment is crumbling as well because of the amount of moisture due to leaks. They even had me put in a single 5000 BTU air conditioner window unit in a townhouse for someone that didn’t have any air-conditioning for over a month. Absolutely appalling, do not live here!!

This place is disgusting! I have pictures and videos to prove it! I lived here for over a year and they changed apartment managers 3 times while I lived there. Roaches! Bed bug infestation! I had to throw away all my furniture within 4 months of living there! I reported everything to the managers and nothing was ever done and no one ever came to spray!
