I called to see if i can replaced my frames( I got my prescription glasses from here) They broke before and they gladly helped me over the phone to see if my frames were in stock, i called today due to having the same issue just wanted to see if the frames i had were in stock or if i had to order them again, (called due to not being able to come in due to work) and Jessica seemed to be in a bad mood and refused to help me and say she can’t help me over the phone when you guys did it last time. Very bad customer service.
The staff there was very polite ,very respectable,and friendly and nice. They helped me out to choose the wright glass' for me.

I GOT MY FRAMES/GLASSES HERE MY FRAMES BROKE AND I CAME IN TO REPLACE THEM THEY DIDNT HAVE THEM IN STOCK SO WORKER TOLD ME HE WILL GOVE ME A CALL WHEN THEY RECEIVE THEM ITS BEEN 2 months AND THEY STILL HAVENT CALLED ME BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL BE CHANGING EYE DOCTOR DO NOT RECCOMMEND COMING HERE IF THEY CANT EVEN GOVE ME A CALL TO COME IN AND GET MY NEW FRAME,THEY SAID THEY LEFT ME A VOICEMAIL BUT NEVER DID THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS,I HAVE MY VOICEMAIL LOGS FROM THE PAST THREE MONTHS AND NOTHING. Dr.Chen and her staff were excellent. Very thorough, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire visit. Would definitely recommend.
