Everyone was very kind., Polite and professional. Dr. Baum was very attentive and did rush not me.

Dr. Kimball provided outstanding care—he took time to review my history, listen closely, and explain my options clearly. My only challenge was with the scheduling process, which had some miscommunication and required an extra trip to the office to make my first appointment 5 days later . With that improved, the entire experience would be five-star.
Dr Tooma and his assistants were very professional. Dr Tooma explained my condition and answered my concerns so that I understood. One problem is there is too much paperwork to complete all of which is of no help to my condition. What conditions my family had did not help in my diagnosis. Also my appointment was 3:10 but had to wait almost 2 hours.
