There are so many things I could say. The unit I was given was not kept up or in good shape. Felt like I was living in low income apartments because of the type of residents. Walls SO THIN you can hear everything in all hours of the night . Always had dog poop by my front door. Neighbors park and block garages daily. Found homeless people sleeping by the pool. Place sucks parking sucks they towed cars management sucks people in office rude not worth the rent payments .
Absolutely love it here. ❤️ The owner/manager is extremely kind and understanding. The maintenance team is fast, super respectful, and overall helpful. The office staff also offers fun event throughout the year to help maintain a positive community/culture. Beyond blessed to not only live here, but also feel comfortable due to how kind all of the staff is here.
We made the right choice. My sister and I researched, compared, and toured several properties, and Corona Pointe stood out to us the most. Between the two of us, we ended up visiting the property three times. Each time we visited made it easier to narrow down our options. Un muy buen lugar para vivir, tranquilo y con espacios al aire libre lo que nos permite tener una calidad de vida agradable con nuestras familias ya que los niños también disfrutan mucho las distintas áreas que se encuentran como el cine, piscinas, parque y senderos.Por otro lado el servicio para los apartamentos en cuanto a mantenimiento son eficientes y rápidos lo que hace que en general sea cómodo y bonito vivir acá
