I do not recommend this place at all. I lived there for close to five years, and it has become very ghetto. The amenities are not worth it. The pool is always dirty and looks green (moldy) during the summer. Anyhow, I do not recommend this place at all. They have so many rules, yet residents don’t even follow them. There is dog poop all over the property, and the balconies are dirty, just disgusting. They also claim to provide a clean apartment, but when I moved in, it was disgusting. I had to clean it myself.
