First moved into a 2 bed 2 bath appartment that was perfect. No issues at all for 2 years......until we downsized. For $1950 and a 1 bed/bathroom unit I walked right into extreme maintenance problems that are prolonged for 6 months and counting. Within a few days of the switch the ceiling began leaking and molding, took over a month to resolve and 3 separate paint jobs i had to miss work to oversee since they werent capable the first time. Been here for 6 years. Mosquitoes are a huge problem. Unfortunately management won't do anything about and expects you to just deal with getting bit in your own apartment over and over again. Even with pest control coming over to spray. I don't understand why they can't have pest control put traps out to help control is epidemic. Management also doesn't see to care about the safety of your children. The pool doors are able to be propped open. Legally, they should have doors that close automatically after you open them. A temporary solution was not offered and because of that all my groceries got spoiled
