Not only is the facility a great place with everything you can think to need and more. The staff and ownership are nothing but welcoming and very nice. Couldn’t say more great things about this place. To recovery and strength work and boxing. They have all any athlete would need to be successful

So I’ve been a member of this gym for a while along with my nephew who attends the kids boxing classes, and for a long time it felt like things were going downhill (lack of coaching staff, care and charisma.) The environment wasn’t very welcoming, organization was lacking, and it didn’t seem like management was very involved or invested in improving the experience for members. This gym is amazing! I have been thoroughly enjoying my time learning boxing here and am always excited to come back. The coaches are fantastic and very personable. It never feels like I'm just another face coming in, it feels like a group who cares about me and my progression. The recovery center here is fantastic and the gym has everything I need. Thank you to all the Coaches here for everything youre doing and making me feel more confident and welcome. Thank you Coach Herb and Coach Lauren for bringing me into this world!

Love coming to workout here. I’ve always been nervous about joining a gym but I feel so comfortable in this environment. Everyone here is so welcoming and supportive. I’ve been working out early in the morning along side Herb and Lauren, who are helpful and patient trainers. Boxing classes have always been an interest to me. Thomas is a great teacher and really breaks down the fundamentals to make it easier to learn. It’s a great place to workout and train. Very cool people.
