Where to begin, when i first started my fitness journey this place was my 2nd home. The owner (Herb) along with trainer Caesar, Noah & the rest of the staff are all amazing people, they treat you like family which is why this gym stood out out from the rest. CHBF is easily the best expense I spend on myself every month! I’ve been going here for a few years and I have yet to have one bad experience. The training is thorough and I always leave feeling stronger and ready for the next session!

Herb is an outstanding trainer who truly cares about your progress and pushes you to reach your goals. His gym, Corona Hills Boxing and Fitness, has everything you need and the atmosphere is amazing — everyone is supportive and motivating. Couldn’t ask for a better trainer or environment!

I joined this gym last year and I'd say it's a pretty neat gym. I like the boxing area for boxing workouts on top of being a normal weightlifting/cardio gym. It also has a 24/7 access membership. I'm excited to try out the strength conditioning workouts to get myself in better shape.
