I like the fact that there is not much waiting for your appointment. I showed up 20 minutes early and I only waited 5 minutes before they called me back.
I thank Dr. Brotman for saving my skin 10/10 recommend she is an extremely smart doctor and her staff are incredibly helpful and extremely kind!!
I’ve been going to Dr. Brotman (Dermatologist) when needed for at least 15 years. I love her! She’s very thorough and gives you time to ask questions. The girls in the office are always polite. I highly recommend Dr. Brotman, you’ll love her too!!!
Took my young daughters here to have a whole body scan of moles and freckles. When he came in, I saw that he was a transgender woman. He sat down on his stool and told the girls to get undressed, leaving their underwear on. I could tell my daughters felt very uncomfortable getting undressed in front of him and the nurse. I made my first appointment that I had to reschedule due to being in the wait room for over an hour. Today, I tried to reschedule and requested a TRUE 7 a.m. appointment and was informed the Dr. does not show up until 7:45. I asked then why do you schedule at 7 a.m. and was told that that is the Doctors requests and they can't tell the Doctor when to show up. Just be aware, your appointment time really is worthless and you will wait.
