Just to put things into perspective.... I'm a white guy. My wife is Mexican. Our AC went out and they couldn't get anybody over there for what was a few days. That being bad enough, when the 2 repair guys did show up, One was black and one was ginger. I greeted them very nicely.The ginger was extremely rude and even said.Some off color comments and spoke in a threatening manner. I'm not sure what his problem was for being extremely rude. Real quiet here for as cheap as it is no complaints and maintenance is on top of it
I’ve been living here for three years and the prior management wasn’t all that great but the new management is superb. The grounds are clean and secure. The new management is on top of repairs and implementing new amenities. They’re also open to suggestions that better the property. I love that have back to school events for the tenants.
