Worst customer service ever! Rudest people I have ever met in business. I will never return to this station for anything. Came for an oil change. When I paid the register computer froze. Despite my doubts the woman at the register told me to swipe my card again - after I had to wait 20 minutes. Once I got the bill I saw the double charge and went back to the station. Guess what: they did not consider that their problem and told me so very rudely. Thankfully my bank corrected the charge.
So Bad its Funny – Terrible service--straight out of the Stone Age. If you need entertainment at your own expense, Corona del Mar Chevron is the place to go!! I needed an appointment for my BMW smog check and figured I'll get an oil change also. Great Job – I want to say that when I took my car in for an oil change I had a really great experience. Now first off I know nothing about cars and I take mine in for regular maintenance and oil changes but that is about all I know. So I took my car for an oil change and the tech was super nice and noticed that I was super low on oil. After a few minutes he figured out what it was and did my oil change and voila car all better and the tech only charged me 12 bucks extra for the part he replaced. The best – They are the BEST! Have found the solutions for problems when the dealer couldn't figure it out. Are so honest that when I requested a particular service, they told me that they could do it, but it really wasn't necessary. They are friendly, usually fix it right the first time, and rarely have to keep a vehicle longer than a few hours, or a day. Can make appts for oil changes & tire rotations & be in & out in less than an hour. Mike was great and I would recommend them to friends.
